Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)
There is no bigger threat to our neighborhoods than foreclosures. Lighthouse has always prided itself in being a community development organization that views and addresses neighborhood issues in a systematic way. We think that foreclosures are not about helping families in foreclosure, but rather helping communities stabilize themselves. Lighthouse will take part in the HUD’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program or NSP, as it is now commonly known in the community development field.
