  Lighthouse Communities has several homes throughout Kent County that they are revitalizing. The positive investment and development of these properties will likely stabilize property values of the entire block, bringing vitality and prosperity to our communities.
• Bringing in NSP funds to address foreclosures and blight in southeast Grand Rapids

We can help you prepare to become a renter for the first time, repair your bruised credit, help establish a banking relationship, become a homeowner for the first-time, offer you down-payment assistance, help you fix and upgrade your current home, and work with you to stay in your home if you are facing foreclosure. You name it, we can assist you with it. 

Lighthouse Communities Housing Services Department's mission is to create stable, vibrant and healthy communities by developing, financing and operating affordable housing programs for individuals, seniors and families. We believe affordable housing and supportive services in communities help to improve economic status of residents and transform neighborhoods to stabilize lives.
