Multiple homes under construction and available for sale and rent
What a busy time it has been for our Construction Services Department and we have exciting news for our communities as well. With neighborhood stabilization program (NSP) funds from the City of Grand Rapids and Kent County, we now have 11 homes under construction in different locations - Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Grandville, and Kentwood. This level of development is possible at a time of economic difficulties, but we are glad to be able to help sustain our neighborhoods and continue to create housing opportunities for families and individuals throughout Kent County.
